Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. While LIMITÈ does not offer refunds, we do provide hassle-free exchanges under the following conditions:

Defective or Faulty Items

If the product received is damaged or defective, we take full responsibility.

We will cover both-way shipping charges for the exchange.

The issue must be reported to our team within 1 day of receiving the parcel.

Once the item is returned and received at our warehouse, the exchange will be processed.


Size Issues

If there is a sizing issue, customers must inform us within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

Requests made after 3 days will not be eligible for exchange.


Wrong Size Ordered

If the customer ordered the wrong size, we will offer an exchange.

However, the customer is responsible for paying the one-way shipping cost for the exchanged item.
